support@submarius.com — questions, bug reports, feedback, feature requests.
When reporting a bug, including the following helps us help you faster:
- Your device and OS version (e.g., “iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 17.4”).
- The app version (shown at the bottom of the in-app menu).
- A short description of what you expected vs. what happened.
- If possible, the rough location (city or closest coast) where the issue happened — several features depend on location data.
Privacy, data, and account requests
privacy@submarius.com — to access, export, correct, or delete your data. See the Privacy Policy for full details. We respond within 30 days.
Refunds
- Web (Stripe) subscribers: cancellations within 24 hours of the charge are refunded automatically when you cancel in the app. Contact support@submarius.com for discretionary refunds outside that window.
- iOS / App Store subscribers: refunds are issued by Apple. File a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Android / Google Play subscribers: refunds are issued by Google. File a request at play.google.com.
Status and known issues
We post status updates and known issues through the same support email thread. For urgent outages, we’ll also announce on the marketing site homepage.
